Certificates are issued only after successfully completing the applicable course requirements. Certificates represent course completion and do not guarantee employment, certification by any government authority, or professional licensing.
All content available on Academy LMS, including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, software, and trademarks, is the property of Academy LMS or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
Users agree not to:
Share account credentials with others.
Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
Disrupt or interfere with Platform operations.
Copy or redistribute course materials without permission.
Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Academy LMS may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in activities that may harm the Platform or other users.

The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Academy LMS is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Academy LMS makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, course outcomes, or the accuracy of all educational materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academy LMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Academy LMS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction in India.
